Making the decision to restrict access to the home because of COVID-19 means that families, friends and any other visitors cannot enter the home.
Lying in bed one evening unable to sleep and thinking how we can keep our residents' spirits high during these difficult times, I decided to place a post on Facebook asking people to email or write letters to our residents. As a result, we have been inundated with warm wishes from around the world! I was approached by ITV News and the story unfolds from here... see video.
