Spring Fun, Sunshine, and Celebration!
What a wonderful few weeks it’s been here, filled with sunshine, laughter, and plenty of memorable moments!
We were treated to fabulous entertainment from Talia and the U3A Music Hall Classics—an afternoon of toe-tapping tunes and sing-alongs that had everyone smiling. It’s always a delight to welcome live performers, and these visits were no exception!
Our creative side has been blooming too, thanks to a fun-filled crafting session with Fired Works. Residents enjoyed getting hands-on and creating beautiful keepsakes, with plenty of chatter and creativity flowing.
With the weather on our side, we’ve made the most of the sunshine—exploring the gardens, enjoying nature, and even taking a trip to the Ethorpe for a relaxing coffee outing. The fresh air and warm temperatures have really lifted everyone’s spirits.
Of course, Easter wouldn’t be complete without a special visitor… the Easter Bunny made a surprise appearance, delivering lots of chocolatey treats for everyone.
We also marked St George’s Day with a cheerful celebration, filled with patriotic flair and Ann Marie dressed up in costume. It was a lovely way to get together and celebrate this special day.
As we move through spring, we’re looking forward to more adventures, creativity, and community togetherness. Watch this space ……
